Our Plug Hub® is liquid free, meaning no spills and no fragrance mist or droplets in the air that might land on your pet’s fur.

Every refill includes a dash of the most bitter ingredient on earth (it’s safe and non-toxic too) to deter accidental ingestion by curious pets. Overall, we always recommend speaking to your vet about any individual concerns you may have about your pet's health and safety.

Is the Plug Hub™ Starter Kit eco-friendly?

Yes! Our Plug Hub® Refills and packaging are made from renewable FSC-certified paper and are recyclable and biodegradable (once separated from their plastic holder, which is also recyclable). The warmer is reusable, but not recyclable. Always make sure you check your state's recycling laws.

In what size space should I use my Plug Hub™ Starter Kit?

For the best scent experience, we recommend using in a medium-sized room. If your rooms are more open-concept, we recommend multiple Plug Hub® units. Are there refills for the seasonal scents? I currently have one plug in hub and want to purchase more, however I do not want to constantly buy full kits. Thank you for any feedback.
